Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from KEF Guesthouse.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the booking method.

Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline reservations.

Check-in Time: Check-in is from 15:00 (3 PM). Your door key (pin code) is active from this time.

Check-out Time: Check-out is at 11:00 (11 AM). Your door key (pin code) deactivates at this time.

Early/Late Requests: Early check-in or late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

Key Access: You will receive your room number and door code via email 1-2 days before arrival.

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date for a full refund.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may be subject to a one-night charge.

No-Show: Failure to check in without prior notice will result in the full booking amount being charged.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information

• Respecting other guests and maintaining quiet hours (22:00 - 08:00)

• Keeping the property clean and reporting any damages

• Following all house rules and safety guidelines

• Not exceeding the maximum occupancy for your room

• Not smoking inside the property

• No smoking anywhere inside the building

• No pets allowed

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 22:00 - 08:00

• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected

• Common areas are to be kept clean after use

• Kitchen facilities are available 24/7 but must be cleaned after use

WiFi: Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Parking: Free parking is available during your stay. Long-term parking options are available for additional fees.

Breakfast: Continental breakfast is available for pre-booking at 1,750 ISK per person, served 05:00-10:00.

Shuttle Service: Airport shuttle available 03:00-11:00 with advance booking.

Property Damage: Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.

Personal Belongings: KEF Guesthouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Safety: Guests use the facilities at their own risk. We recommend securing valuables.
